All American Auto transport promised great service and delivered. This was my first foray into the auto transportation experience and reading reviews had me very anxious. After hearing horror story after horror story about cars being damaged in transit, I decided I wanted to go with an enclosed truck but I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for it. All American Auto had by far the best quoted price for an enclosed truck and most other offers were at least $500 more. Now I cam to understand that lower priced quotes often lead to longer wait times as it will sometimes take longer for a carrier to accept the quote price but I didn't have an urgent need to get the car right away so I opted for the lower priced quote. The service was actually much quicker than I had anticipated. I expected 1-4 days wait time to pick up and 2-3 days of transit but it was a quick and painless process. I placed my order Wednesday evening and I was notified on Thursday that Plycar would be the carrier. On Monday I was notified that they were in my area and would be dropping off the car later that day. Overall a great experience. Thank you for getting my baby to me in one piece!
